CrossFit Fate at 48845 West Road, Wixom, Michigan.

I've been coming here for about a year and a half and have never been disappointed. The coaches are hands on and very thorough in their teaching and explanation. The group of coaches here also focus heavily on proper form and mechanics whereas other gyms may not and it can lead to injury. I feel safe in that my form is constantly under review to protect myself and provide me the best results possible. The community at this CrossFit gym is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. This is not like your typical gym! It is a great atmosphere with great people all with the goal to better their health and fitness! Awesome place.
