Comfort Suites at 28049 Wixom Road, Wixom, Michigan.

They ran out of towels in the pool area and wanted us to use our room towels. The staff was very rude. No supervisor on duty Saturday evening at check in or the next day. I made a
complaint nobody ever called. I had to call back they changed my credit card a 150,00 incident change. They said that the girl at the check in desk was supposed to tell me that this hotel changes a 150,00 on the credit then will reverse it if there was no damage to the room. I have never heard of this. I will never stay at a comfort suites hotel. The price was outrageous for horrible customer service.
